Exact Synergy Tip: Grouping requests
Depending on the requests in your workflow, the action expected from you can differ. Some requests may require approval, such as a vacation request.But there can also be requests that require a different action such as calling back a client.
When there are many requests in your workflow it can help to group the requests on the action that has to be taken. This way you can see at a glance which action is required for which requests.
To do this, you first have to add the Group by field. This can be done by clicking Customize in your workflow and select the Group by option. After saving the settings, the Group by field is available in your workflow.
To group on the required action you select Action, the requests in your workflow are now displayed grouped.
Besides grouping on the action, it is also possible to group on other properties of the requests.
