Important Exact Globe update needed for adjustment in Windows 10 !
In response to adjustments in the core of the operating system of the Windows 10 version 1809 update, Exact Software had to make adjustments to the system layer of the Exact Globe software to make it compatible with the Windows 10 version 1809 update.
These adjustments are available from product update 415 SP15 and product update 416 SP8 onwards.
It is extremely important to install these service packs before installing the Windows 10 version 1809 update. Without these service packs Exact Globe will not fully work on the latest Windows 10 version 1809 version update.
In case it is not possible to install the mentioned service packs of Exact Globe in short term, you have to keep in mind that Windows updates are usually installed automatically. To avoid issues with Exact Globe, you have the option to temporarily defer the Windows update, so it will not be installed automatically. At a later time, you can, after installing the Exact Globe service packs, install the Windows 10 version 1809 update.
