Edilon)(sedra Group chooses Joep Ontzorgt, the service provided by QUBE, for the system management of its IT infrastructure
Hoofddorp, May 2024 - edilon)(sedra Group, a leading international player in the railway sector with over 50 years of experience in providing ballastless track systems, has engaged QUBE ICT Solutions (QUBE) to manage its ICT infrastructure. QUBE, specialized in setting up secure and stable networks with continuous monitoring, will provide system management for edilon)(sedra. The contract, named Joep Ontzorgt, includes the management of 180 workstations and 33 servers, as well as the associated security for users in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, and Australia.
QUBE is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and securing the ICT infrastructure. Additionally, QUBE provides support to users for any issues with their IT environment. The Joep Ontzorgt service contract includes monitoring and updating servers and workstations, securing and protecting systems against unauthorized access and viruses, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone between edilon)(sedra and QUBE, aiming to ensure a reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure for edilon)(sedra.
