Product update 504: Key improvements and new features for Exact Globe+ users
We’re excited to share some important updates with you! Here's a breakdown of the latest changes in Exact Globe+ to help you work even more efficiently.Please read on for the key changes and improvements.
Productupdate 504 - Exact Globe+
New Feature: Country of Origin for Sales Orders (European Legislation)
We’ve added a new field called Country of Origin S/B item in the Supplier: Info section under the General tab. This can be found in:
Inventory > Serial/batch > Serial and Inventory > Serial/batch > Batch. This update is in line with European legislation requirements.

Cash Flow Updates
Support for New SEPA SCT and SDD File Formats:
Exact Globe+ now supports SCT 001.001.09 and SDD 008.001.08 file formats. This applies to all SEPA EU payments and collections, making it easier to process transactions within the EU.
Updated SEPA Payment Instructions for Foreign Payments:
You can now define the type of charges for non-Euro transactions to countries both inside and outside the SEPA zone. This gives you more control over foreign payment processing.
Country-Specific Updates
Changes in Root Certificate for Digipoort (Dutch Legislation):
In June and July 2024, several PKIoverheid certificates used by Digipoort will expire. These certificates must be replaced to ensure secure communications. Stay informed so you can ensure a smooth transition when these certificates are updated.
Automatic Opening Balance Calculation for Rabobank (Dutch Legislation):
To automatically calculate your opening and closing balances, make sure the Transactions checkbox under the Electronic Banking Integration section in the Cash Instruments screen is selected. This update helps streamline your bank integration for Rabobank users.
VAT Reporting for Digipoort 2025 (Dutch Legislation):
The VAT taxonomy for 2025 has been updated with the new XBRL message header for VAT returns, VAT corrections, and EU sales lists. This ensures that your VAT filings are in line with the latest legislation.
E-Invoicing UBL SI2.0 Format Updates (Dutch Legislation):
We’ve made changes to ensure that e-invoices with UBL1.2 are no longer used and will now be processed correctly in compliance with Dutch legislation.
Finance Updates
Addition of Element and SALA Value for ING Bank:
For ING bank processing, the
Import of German e-Invoice in ZUGFeRD Format:
Exact Globe+ now supports the import of German e-invoices in ZUGFeRD format. This update includes changes to the Finance purchase entry screen and the CRM module to facilitate this integration.
HR Updates
New Function Right for Editing Cash Flow Transactions:
We’ve introduced a new function right under HR > People > User Rights for editing cash flow transactions. This gives you more control over user permissions related to cash flow management.
System Updates
Now Available in 64-bit
Exact Globe+ is now available in a 64-bit version, offering improved performance and greater stability.
- The 64-bit version cannot be installed alongside the 32-bit version.
- Place the network set in a new folder, not the old 32-bit folder.
Note: WMS and NL Payroll support 64-bit starting from Product Update 503.
Exact Globe+ now supports Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for Microsoft Entra ID (formerly known as Microsoft Azure Active Directory) and Auth0 identity providers. This adds an extra layer of security to your system.
Improved License Activation Process:
We’ve streamlined the license activation process, making it quicker and more efficient for users to get started.
Support for Microsoft Active Accessibility:
Exact Globe+ now works seamlessly with third-party accessibility tools that support Microsoft Active Accessibility (MSAA), making the software more accessible for all users.
Support for Azure Virtual Desktop:
Exact Globe+ is now fully compatible with Azure Virtual Desktop, allowing you to work from any device and maintain a seamless user experience.
