As of March 1st, Wim started at QUBE as Sales Manager. Time to get to know him better.

I am Wim Pals, I live with my wife Tineke in the cozy and picturesque Hanseatic town of Harderwijk. Our pride and joy, 2 sons, now live on their own in Amsterdam, so we have a lot of wealth together, but we are very happy when we have fun together as a family # Quality Time!
How did you end up in IT?
After studying Commercial Economics, I started in office automation selling post processing machines. I subsequently continued my career in the then emerging (mobile) telecom market and ICT.
Why did you choose QUBE?
QUBE has shown in 33 years that it is a reliable ICT partner where customers and employees take center stage. An enthusiastic club of IT professionals where people really make the difference in personal service and customer experience. I wanted to be part of a medium-sized organization that really matters again. For me, choosing QUBE was a Smart Move!
Your position is sales manager, what exactly will you do?
In my role as Sales Manager within the QUBE Management Team, I am responsible for the further expansion of QUBE by advising and guiding relations in their ICT transition by being able to work together worry-free, smarter, safer and more productively everywhere.
What do you like to do besides work? In other words; what makes you happy?
In my spare time I can be found on the hockey field and actively playing matches with the Veterans -A team. In addition, together with Tineke, I love adventurous 4x4 travel in Africa and you can also find us on the water with our sloop or on a sailboat. Furthermore, I am a real Burgundian, I love cooking, eating and drinking with friends and family.
