QUBE extends ISO9001:2015 certification for the next three years
Last week, we successfully achieved our ISO9001 recertification. BSI has extended our ISO9001 certificate for the next three years. QUBE has opted to certify the most comprehensive scope, including both primary and supporting processes. The ISO9001 certification applies to all products and services provided by QUBE.What is ISO9001:2015?
ISO9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. This standard assists in mapping and controlling key business processes. It assesses whether these processes are correctly designed and executed, and identifies areas for improvement. Customer focus and quality assurance are central to this process.This helps us provide high-quality services and continuously improve as an organization. Thus, we enhance customer satisfaction, which is paramount in everything we do.
Extension of ISO27001 certification
Furthermore, the annual audit for our ISO27001 certification has been conducted. This audit also went smoothly, demonstrating that information security within QUBE is well described, implemented and monitored. This reinforces the confidence of our customers, partners, and ourselves in the meticulous handling of both information and information systems.
